To everyone’s surprise Samantha has walked out of Shankar’s I. It may be remembered Just few weeks ago she opted out of Maniratnam’s film citing date problems. Now she has turned down the offer to pair with Vikram in Shankar’s film. One doesnt know the exact reason for her decisions. But all we know is Shankar required dedicated dates from Samantha which she couldnt offer due to her previously committed projects in telugu. Now it seems Shankar is looking for a bollywood heroine as Samantha’s replacement.
Samantha’s next film is bilingual ‘Naan Ee’ a special effects thriller along with Nani. Samantha is also eagerly expecting “Neethane En Ponvasantham”opposite Jiiva directed by Gautham Menon. Beautiful Samantha might consider herself unlucky as she has to turn down both Maniratnam and Shankar’s films.
